Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, Overnights, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service, even during our overnight shifts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing a warm welcome to our store
- Operating the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions to enhance the customer experience
- Working with our food program to reputed company customers with a seamless shopping experience
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
- Providing fast and friendly service to our customers, even during busy periods
- Interacting with customers daily, building relationships, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborating with your team to reputed company daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- A strong work ethic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a reputed company-of-sale system
- Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with occasional lifting and bending
