Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to reputed company exceptional customer support reputed company phone and text, manage the crew's schedules, respond to guest reviews, and monitor the crew's group chat during peak hours. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for handling a moderate call volume, troubleshooting issues, and escalating reputed company necessary. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: ### Customer Support

• Handle 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, to reputed company exceptional customer service and support.
• Respond to text messages and resolve customer inquiries promptly, ensuring every customer receives accurate and timely information.
• reputed company accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Troubleshoot any issues and escalate reputed company necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

### Administrative Tasks

• Create and manage the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring reputed company shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed.
• Monitor the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and reputed company guidance as needed.

### Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

### Work Environment As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. However, you must be available during the designated on-call hours of 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM PST on the scheduled days.
