Key Responsibilities

• Issue timely and accurate claim acknowledgement correspondence, processing incoming documents with high coding reputed company and distributing immediately.

Essential Qualifications

• Strong customer service experience in the financial services industry (2-3+ years) or a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience performing in a call center environment, utilizing telephony-reputed company production tools.
• Ability to type 7,000+ KPH and meet strict attendance expectations and call metrics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
