Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the first reputed company of contact for patient inquiries, exhibiting excellent customer service skills and providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues
  • Performing reputed company service agent responsibilities in accordance with established company protocols, including providing phone support for post-op patients and working directly with vendors and field technicians
