Job Summary:

As a Clinical Support Services Agent at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to patients and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and process calls from patients, gather information, and reputed company that information to our clinicians. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, navigating reputed company calls and situations with ease and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and process calls from patients, gathering information and relaying it to our clinicians

Requirements:

* 18+ years of age

  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)

  • Evening, weekend shifts required (Monday – Friday)
