Job Summary

You will also assist in back-end efforts, such as picking, packing, and manifesting, based on business needs. Key Responsibilities

• Provides pharmacist call back and/or patient quality assurance support to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
• Enters patient demographics and prescription information into the data processing system with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Works with new patient/new referral imaging folders to ensure seamless reputed company and processing.
• Loads insurance plan and coordination of benefits into the data processing system for new patients and referrals.
• Participates in the review and audit of test claims for new patients and referrals to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Handles processing of reorders and email distribution as needed to ensure timely and efficient communication.
• Responsible for image indexing and AE report filing to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Provides primary support and expertise for specialized programs, such as ETT or Pharma, to ensure exceptional patient care and reputed company.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED.
• Must have an active pharmacy technician license or certification as required by the state Board of Pharmacy.
