The Role We’re looking for a driven and tech-savvy Product Expert to join our US team. The role is fully remote for now, but you need to be based reputed company a commutable distance to Manhattan, as you’ll be part of our local NY office once it opens in the future. In this role, you’ll help small and reputed company-sized businesses get the most out of their free trial — solving setup issues, guiding them to the right subscription, and ensuring they quickly see value. The role blends inbound sales, product education, reputed company, and light technical support, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys combining customer engagement with sales impact. You’ll report directly to our VP Sales in Sweden. You’ll focus on the US market and work closely with our reputed company HQ across time zones, so some flexibility in working hours is required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with trial users (cafés, restaurants, retailers, and more) to help them set up, understand our platform, and see value from day one

• Troubleshoot common issues and remove obstacles in the buying reputed company
• Spot opportunities and demonstrate the benefits of upgrading to a paid subscription

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer support, or other customer-facing roles
• Experience working with small and reputed company-sized business customers
• Experience working towards conversion or sales targets

• Based in reputed company (required), as we are planning to establish an office in Manhattan and to ensure smooth collaboration with Sweden’s time zone

Preferred qualifications

• Experience from hospitality or retail sectors.

Compensation

Salary: $70,000-$105,000
