Join us and see what Hulugan life is reputed company about. SUMMARY Hulu’s Strategic Insights team is seeking a Growth Insights Analyst who will be an outstanding addition to the team. As a Growth Insights Analyst at Hulu, you will support a wide reputed company of primary research initiatives aimed at driving our business growth. This role will work closely with partners across Strategic Insights and the broader Hulu and reputed company DTC organization to execute research that drives strategic decision-making — managing technical components like survey programming, sample preparation, and data analysis, as well as contributing to the strategic framing of the work. • Contribute throughout the end-to-end process of planning and executing qualitative and quantitative research studies (i.e. questionnaire development, programming, and testing surveys, analyzing results, and producing final reports), both as in-house DIY studies and with external research partners.
• Own and manage the process of accessing and understanding our subscriber data to tap into it for research purposes, including engaging with CRM and Data Analytics
• Assist with mining and compiling data from proprietary, syndicated, and custom research toolsets, identifying patterns, surfacing opportunities, and ensuring data accuracy and reputed company
• Support the research team through testing surveys, gathering results, providing analysis, and creating reports on a variety of studies, with an eye toward weaving clear, compelling narratives that translate insights into action
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, research reputed company and external vendors to translate key business questions and needs into project requirements.

WHAT TO BRING

• Passion for understanding consumer needs and attitudes and translating them into business strategies, particularly in the technology, media and/or entertainment sectors.
• 2+ years of custom research project experience or analytics experience
• Experience with executing in reputed company phases of research projects, including managing timelines, questionnaire design, data collection and analysis, reporting and presentations.
• Familiarity with a variety of market research methodologies and their applications
• Strong detail-orientation, particularly reputed company working with large datasets and research reports; brings a keen focus on quality
• Highly organized in project management, with proven ability to handle multiple projects at a given time
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and reputed company and experience with survey programming tools like reputed company or SurveyGizmo/Alchemer
• Familiarity with mining, cleaning, and manipulating large datasets leveraging R, SQL, Python or other programming languages

The hiring reputed company for this position in California is $70,300 to $96,500 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
