As a Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in building a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of Powersports loans. You'll be part of a talented team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a lasting impact in the lives of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan.

• Process phone payments and communicate with customers reputed company online chat channel to resolve issues and answer questions.
• Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and reputed company personalized support.
• Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus.

• Two years of customer service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio, with a strong background in collections and servicing.
• Working knowledge of Word and reputed company, with the ability to master the use of web-based systems, such as LoanPro (training provided).
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers reputed company phone and online chat.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers.
• Excellent "people" skills, with a strong customer service attitude and the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
