Job Summary

As a Director, Leadership/Organization Development, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our talent management plan, working closely with our VP/CHRO, CEO, Senior Leadership Team, HR Team, and other leaders to drive growth, expansion, and visibility. You will be responsible for a full reputed company of talent management activities, with a focus on organizational development, and will have the opportunity to reputed company a significant impact on our organization's reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., HR, business, organizational development)

  • 10+ years of experience managing talent management and organization development functions in a growing organizational environment
  • Proven track record of influencing senior executives and driving business reputed company
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience in executive development, leadership development, succession planning, change management, management training, professional development, organization development, courseware design and delivery, and reputed company talent management functions
