About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of a Data Entry Clerk, supporting our reputed company operations. Primary Responsibilities

- Following procedural guidelines to enter information into our systems and answering patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- At least 1 year of data entry experience, with a strong track record of accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer service experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
- Proficiency with computers, reputed company PC, and web applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications.
- Ability to work 40 hours/week during standard business operating hours, Monday - Friday from 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, with occasional overtime on weekends and holidays as required.
