About the Role

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer service and technical support, with at least 1+ years of experience in customer service/technical support reputed company phone or ticketing system. You will also need to have experience as a System Administrator or End User of a Linux Operating System, with knowledge of Ubuntu, CentOS, reputed company, DNS, Networking, IP routing, MySQL, and cPanel. Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience is required, as well as experience with troubleshooting in multi-user environments and hands-on experience working with AWS (EC2, CloudWatch, AutoScaling, etc.).
