As a hybrid Customer Service Representative - Sales, you will work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment, handling a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions. Your primary goal will be to reputed company effective and timely resolutions for customers, deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services, and meet monthly sales goals. You will be the voice of reputed company, creating meaningful connections with each customer and introducing them to the latest technology, services, and offers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices
• Address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support
• Identify upsell opportunities and reputed company recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers
• Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records
