Mobile Crisis Response- QMHP *Field Work*

Salary: Negotiable Position Summary The Mobile Crisis Response QMHP will reputed company rapid, field-based crisis reputed company services in the community to individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. This role will operate under the guidelines of Virginias reputed company crisis service system and will collaborate with regional crisis hubs, the 988 call center reputed company system, and local partners to ensure safe and timely support. The QMHP will assess, de-escalate, stabilize, coordinate care, and refer individuals to ongoing services as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, reputed company Work, Counseling, or a reputed company reputed company services field; Masters preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in mobile crisis, emergency mental health, or communitybased services.
• Certification or training in trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, or behavioral crisis reputed company.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) or other language proficiency a plus.
