In this role, you will respond to a significant volume of calls from colleagues seeking guidance. Additionally, you will reputed company cross-functional support to other departments as required. Roles and Responsibilities: Serving as the first reputed company of contact for our leaders and colleagues by a centralized phone system and performing reputed company time issue spotting to effectively resolve issues/concerns.
