Job Responsibilities

As a Performance Data Analyst, you'll play a critical role in supporting Contact Centers and pre-arrival Walt reputed company World reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include: ### Performance Analytics and Forecasting

• Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive evaluation to inform business reputed company
• Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require further research, and conduct analyses from start to finish
• Build reports and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data
• Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
• Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to support various programs

### Measurement and Analytics

We're seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual with a strong passion for data storytelling. To be successful in this role, you'll need: ### Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
• Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques
• Proactive interest in understanding the "Why" behind performance, reputed company, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete projects on time
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
