Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, using your knowledge of our products and services to reputed company solutions and drive sales growth
