Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Associate Attorney to join our Insurance Defense team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense litigation, including construction defect cases. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and results-driven attorney who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and providing top-notch client service.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Attorney on our Insurance Defense team, you will be responsible for:

• Handling reputed company aspects of insurance defense litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions
• Actively managing and driving cases from inception to resolution, including trial preparation and trial
• Conducting legal research and providing legal analysis on reputed company issues in insurance defense, ideally with a construction background
• Regularly communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Representing clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Providing strategic legal advice and guidance on a wide reputed company of insurance defense reputed company
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent client service

Qualifications
