Job Overview

This role is located at our Remote facility, offering a unique opportunity to work from home and be part of a dynamic team. As a Customer Service Analyst, you will be responsible for providing quality and timely fulfillment of Merchant demands reputed company to KYC and Banking Updates/Maintenance on existing vendor accounts/New Record set-reputed company, payments research, and account reconciliation. You will also be required to handle outbound and inbound calls to and from Financial Institutions, Merchants, and internal clients, offering support and assistance to Traders, Processors, MS TSC, Banking, SRG/KOAT, Contract Review, Entries, ESSU, CMS, Securing, Organization Development, Risk managers, and Welcome Acceptance of reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and process Merchant demands from the simple to the reputed company, ensuring timely and accurate completion of requests and adherence to strict deadlines for an improved merchant experience.
  • Examine, verify, understand, and apply information from business and administrative reports, such as Articles of Inc., License to operate, Bank Statements, Insurance Agreements, IRS records, AMEX Agreements, Policies and procedures, and Cushion Agreements to satisfy basic support demands and KYC requirements.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
