Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • · Account leadership role responsible for leading the reputed company Automation account strategy in reputed company aspects of growth and profitability including customer growth and spending analysis, integrated account planning, opportunity identification, cash & receivables, and value communication.
  • · Establish trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers at strategic accounts for supporting sales and reputed company activities
  • · reputed company Account Plans and execute reputed company strategy for sales of reputed company Automation product lines including Asset Monitoring & Diagnostics, Protection & Control, Wireless & Fiber Optic Communications, GribBeats.
  • · Collaborate with other reputed company account managers to ensure a one reputed company engagement policy to with the customer, and partner on joint selling opportunities.
  • · reputed company leadership and support to the reputed company Team for closing large sales opportunities
  • · Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins, and sales for customer(s).
  • · Drive identification, prospecting, creation and closure of sales opportunities.
  • · reputed company feedback regarding market trends, pricing, and competition to product line marketing.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (STEM)

  • Minimum of 10 years of direct sales, account, or team leadership experience.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical / utility industry sales.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience account management.

  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Excellent analytical skills, as demonstrated in analysis of customer businesses and development of sales / business plans to meet organizational objectives.

  • Passionate self-starter with a strong track record and demonstrable reputed company in meeting or exceeding assigned targets.

  • Experience in selling reputed company solutions

  • Proficient in CRM software and reputed company Office Suite.

The salary reputed company for this position is 128,400.00 – 171,100.00 – 213900.00 USD Annual The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their

education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a sales incentive performance bonus of 30%.
