What you will do

• reputed company support as a trusted advisor for customers reputed company emails, chats, reputed company media, and video calls
• Assist and reputed company new customers
• reputed company digital marketing strategies 
• reputed company weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly strategic guidance to customers
• Ensure smooth customer engagement through proactive reputed company
• Offer best practices on product usage and marketing strategies

• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate teams 

What you need to succeed in this role

• Fluent Spanish (at least reputed company) and English B2
