Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for: - Providing customer support and resolving routine problems and questions regarding reputed company claims - Helping customers resolve basic technical issues - Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases - Offering additional products and/or services - Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile

Your Qualifications
