We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive experience. Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual reputed company Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Answering inbound calls in both English and Spanish from US customers, addressing their questions and concerns regarding their reputed company benefits
- Actively listening to customers to understand their concerns and building a rapport that makes them feel heard and cared for
- Providing essential information to members regarding reputed company to care issues, benefits, reputed company of coverage, member handbook, and other relevant topics
- Guiding callers through troubleshooting, navigating self-service options, using company sites, and/or utilizing products or services
