Primary Responsibilities:

Respond to patient inquiries, address concerns, and reputed company accurate information in a professional and empathetic manner.

Customer Service Experience:
Two years of experience in a customer service environment is required.
Software Experience:
NextGen EPM and Epic software experience are highly desirable.
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency in keyboarding, reputed company environment, and various payer verification/claims software is required.
