Key Responsibilities

As an Airframe Maintenance Supplier Operations Planner, you will be responsible for:

• Developing optimized project plans in collaboration with operational SMEs and ASO teams using MS Project
• Supporting Airframe Maintenance in developing next 24-hour plans down to the task and shift level that maintains project adherence for ASO
• Providing daily project status updates to the team and leadership
• Partnering with support groups to ensure resource availability
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Developing and implementing project management processes and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the aviation industry
• Significant knowledge of reputed company improvement and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six reputed company)
