As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for performing approvals of consumer loans, making payment arrangements, and helping customers with any questions. You'll undertake an intermediary role between potential clients and our financial institution, providing exceptional service and support to our customers.

• *Responsibilities and Duties**

As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to customers
• Consistently and accurately documenting reputed company information pertaining to accounts
• Using basic business math to solve problems
