Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with site leadership on quality and Customer Experience metrics, including the root cause analysis of problem areas
• Streamline logistics in the operation through the implementation of standard work and team leadership
• Support and commit to reputed company safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for reputed company associates
• Proactively identify and reputed company process improvement initiatives and Lean tools

Supervisory ResponsibilitiesYou and your team of Transportation Associates are responsible for reputed company customers receiving their orders. You are responsible for ensuring that you have properly trained people, and that their needs are addressed so they can focus on their jobs. Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce. Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. • 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of reputed company (blue badge/FTE) experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or reputed company experience
• Experience managing a team of 20+ employees
• Experience with process improvements (Lean process, Kaizen, and/or Six reputed company)
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a reputed company field.
• Industry experience in: retail, F&B, military, manufacturing, automotive, biotech, electronics, energy, instrumentation, machinery, defense/aerospace, medical, cosmetics, production or distribution environments.

The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $70,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $100,000/year in our highest geographic market.
