Job Summary
As a Remote Chat Consultant at blithequark, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for customers seeking assistance with their online shopping experience. You'll be responsible for handling incoming chats, emails, and phone calls, providing solutions to customer inquiries and issues, and exceeding sales goals and expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming Sales and Customer Service reputed company chats, emails, and phone calls, ranging from potential sales opportunities to assisting customers with order changes, status updates, and cancellations.
