We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated reputed company Patient Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our reputed company cycle management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, answering their calls regarding EOBs and research balances, managing patient refunds, and processing patient payments.

Schedule and Location

This is a remote position, with a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule (no weekends). You will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities

As a reputed company Patient Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering patient calls regarding EOBs and research balances
  • Managing patient refunds
  • Processing patient payments
  • Providing exceptional customer service to patients, clients, and guests
  • Demonstrating extensive attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics and goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in medical billing and collections
  • reputed company knowledge of medical billing and reimbursement for reputed company insurance, reputed company, and Medicare
  • A thorough understanding of EOBs and the ability to effectively communicate by phone and in writing with patients
  • Consistently demonstrate extensive attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
