Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Remote Chat Agent to join reputed company of customer service professionals. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat and text messaging. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve their queries, reputed company thoughtful and grammatically correct responses, and identify and report any system errors or anomalies.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner

Our Remote Chat Agents work a variety of schedules to meet the needs of our clients and customers. We offer two schedule options:
- Option 1: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and reputed company (OFF)
- Option 2: Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and reputed company (OFF)
