We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Virtual Minute Clinic Provider to join reputed company in Oklahoma. As a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you'll deliver patient care services through a remote technology platform, working collaboratively with a dedicated team of professionals to reputed company holistic, evidence-based care to our patients. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position that requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Responsibilities
As a Virtual Minute Clinic Provider, your responsibilities will include:- Providing holistic, evidence-based care to patients, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning.
- Evaluating primary care, acute, chronically ill, and transitional care patients, and providing reputed company education and counseling.
- Documenting reputed company patient care reputed company an electronic health record (EHR) according to MinuteClinic policies and procedures.

Education
