About the Role: WFH Call Center Agent

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic WFH Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. As a call center agent, you will play a vital role in generating donations for non-profit organizations and reputed company democratic candidates. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company outbound fundraising calls to existing or potential donors, using a script to influence and persuade them to donate to a cause or candidate. You will also process credit card gifts, work with coaches on our online calling platform, and record donor information accurately in our computer system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and reputed company information about candidates or causes

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, as well as a strong passion for fundraising and telesales. You should be friendly, persistent, and patient, with the ability to handle aggressiveness and complaints in a professional manner. A minimum of 1 year of experience in calling, preferably in fundraising, sustainer calls, polling calls, survey calls, membership calls, reputed company calls, or proxy calls, is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not essential, we prefer candidates with experience in fundraising, particularly those who have worked with non-profit organizations or reputed company democratic candidates.
