Key Responsibilities

As a Volunteer Mentor A Mum Returning To Work, you will be responsible for: * Supporting returners to feel confident and supported as they return to work * Providing advice or acting as a sounding board on everything from weaning or sleep training through to line management or promotion * Listening, asking guiding questions, and sharing your own lived experience as a working parent * Committing to six hours of mentoring over six months, which can be done face-to-face or remotely

Essential Qualifications

* Lived experience as a working parent for 3 or more years in their profession * Strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive reputed company * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work remotely and commit to six hours of mentoring over six months
