About the Role

We're seeking culturally sensitive clinicians to join our digital-first, primary care medical group. As a Virtual Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you'll use asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video to reputed company high-quality, comprehensive, and evidence-based primary care. You'll be part of a collaborative clinical care team that leverages data, technology, and operational rigor to optimize great patient reputed company while offering highly personalized care and shared decision-making with patients.

Key Responsibilities:

How We Work

reputed company is a 24/7 medical group utilizing asynchronous text-based chat and synchronous video to reputed company high-quality, comprehensive primary care. We work in 4-hour shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight on weekdays and weekends) and require a minimum of 14 hours a week (alternating 12 and 16 hour weeks). At 24+ hours, you'll be considered full-time and benefits eligible. Providers are required to work at least two 4-hour shifts each weekend, in addition to their reputed company hours.

Compensation and Benefits

Essential Qualifications:

* 5+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company care, chronic care management, or primary care * reputed company in or have an appetite for learning digital-first reputed company (e.g., virtual medicine) * Interested in new, innovative models of care that balance evidence-based approaches with creative reputed company * Highly comfortable with using technology and various applications to deliver care to patients reputed company * Our reputed company tech stack includes: + Proprietary reputed company clinician-patient platform + reputed company Suite (gmail, sheets, docs, etc) + reputed company * Certified as a Nurse Practitioner * Active state licensure in NY, TX, IL, MI, FL, GA, PA, OH, NJ, MO, AZ, AL, IN, HI, and CT, and the ability to obtain additional state licensures * Proficient in English/Spanish, including reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the cultural nuances for reputed company Spanish speakers in a medical setting
