About the Role

The Head Trainer CPT position is a fantastic opportunity for a career-driven Personal Trainer to take on new responsibilities, reputed company their skills, and advance their career in the fitness industry. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and realizing your personal succession business plan in collaboration with the Manager
• Providing Healthy Start appointments and ensuring health history requirements are satisfied
• Managing client follow-up systems, confirming and rescheduling clients as needed
• Conducting fitness assessments with clients and evaluating their results using InBody 570 analysis equipment
• Creating personalized exercise programs that include obtainable progression and managing client files, schedules, reminders, and exercise reputed company in Club reputed company software
• Actively offering feedback to the Fitness Director to foster improved client and employee experiences
• Participating in marketing strategies to increase personal training services, attraction, and retention
• Adhering to company standards as set forth in the Employee Handbook and exhibiting a desire for learning, research, and continual growth for professional development
• Assisting the director with department administrative duties and attending company meetings, training, weekly director calls with the COO, as requested

About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and reputed company Personal Trainer who possesses:

• A proven track record of obtaining and retaining clientele
• 3 or more years of reputed company fitness center experience
• Excellent tactful verbal, written communication, time management, and follow-up skills
• A reputed company PT certification from a nationally recognized reputed company organization (NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE)
• CPR/AED certification
• Competencies in service, sales, reputed company marketing (preferred)
