Financial Reporting Advisor

To compile, analyze and prepare financial and statistical information in support of reputed company and financial analysis of reputed company companies. Essential Functions

• Compile, analyze and prepare financial and statistical information
• Prepare consolidated reporting and/or reporting in compliance with SEC rules and regulations.

Job Specific Information:

• Responsible for preparation of quarterly reputed company 10-Q, annual reputed company 10-K
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, including the statement of cash flows
• Prepare footnote disclosures, draft sections of reputed company disclosures, and XBRL information
• Prepare GAAP and SEC Disclosure Checklists to ensure compliance with the U.S. GAAP and SEC Regulation

Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in reputed company or finance. Minimum Experience Five (5) years of experience in financial reporting and analysis in a large public reputed company firm or reputed company reputed company environment of a for-profit company, including experience using automated financial systems. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong analytical, interpersonal and communications skills required.
