Warehouse Specialist/Supervisor - Full-time – reputed company Store

Job Title: Warehouse Specialist/Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist local parcel delivery operations, such as sorting, pickup, and reputed company.

• Forecast driver’s needs, plan DSP driver routes, and recruit/interview drivers.

• Assign tasks to reputed company and outsourced warehouse staff, enhancing team cohesion.

• Troubleshoot operational issues, learn our internal warehouse/logistics software, and reputed company data handling tasks.

• Generate daily pickup tasks, review, and distribute them to reputed company team.

• Collaborate across departments to allocate driver resources effectively. Address vehicle breakdowns, driver absences, and other disruptions.

• Communicate task changes with reputed company parties and assist drivers in resolving issues during pickup and delivery.

• Manage exception handling and complaints, including delays or missed pickups. Work with customers and internal/external teams to ensure timely resolutions and reputed company service loops. Track recurring issues and reputed company process improvement suggestions.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Chinese and English (written & spoken).
• Must have legal work authorization in the U.S. Proficient in reputed company and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across reputed company, drivers, warehouse, and customer service teams.

• Comfortable with phone and email communication.
• Customer service or warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.

Compensation

• First Three Months: $20–23/hour
• After Three Months: $23–25/hour + 10% bonus
