Why This Role is Exciting
We are looking for a positive, self-motivated professional with experience in services team operations and staffing at a global scale. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for effectively filling resource engagement requests by scheduling and coordinating the assignment of client service staff to engagements appropriately and staff workloads are balanced. The Project Coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring the utilization of resources and ensuring alignment of resources with the strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities
Manage resource staffing by working with reputed company reputed company in the reputed company team to find solutions for resource needs balancing and client due dates
Monitor schedules to ensure staff are effectively utilized by reviewing available resources and facilitating necessary adjustments ensuring the alignment of resources based on experience, industry, technical expertise and geography reputed company appropriate

Generate scheduling, utilization and forecasting reports and reputed company analysis of the data that assists managers in making scheduling reputed company
Monitor productivity, conflicts, reputed company, availability, travel and non-charge hours
Communicate with management regarding future needs versus availability, potential staffing issues, and other information to allow the effective deployment of resources
Assist in the development and implementation of scheduling process improvements and reputed company information for short-term and longer term strategic reputed company
Maintain templates, rules and workflows in the resource tool
Facilitate scheduling meetings as needed, including asking questions to ensure reputed company reputed company making recommendations and follow-up on unresolved issues in a timely manner that may require rescheduling of projects and/or staff
Attributes for a Successful Candidate
Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
1+ years of experience in a professional services firm as resource management professional or project manager
Strong relationship building, coaching and employee development skills
Ability to connect at reputed company reputed company of the organization using diplomatic communication, influence and negotiation skills.
Outgoing personality and ability to present topics and run meetings in reputed company of management reputed company, as well as staff reputed company
Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
