Job Summary We're seeking a skilled and certified reputed company End Pharmacy Technician to join our remote team, based in Pennsylvania. As a critical member of reputed company, you'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient care, processing prescriptions, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Enter new prescriptions for patients and process exceptions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Assist in Back End efforts, such as picking, packing, and manifesting, based on business needs.

- Enter patient demographics and prescription information into our data processing system.
- Work with new patient/new referral imaging folders, loading insurance plans and coordination of benefits into our system.
- Participate in reviewing/auditing test claims for new patients/new referrals.
- Handle processing of reorders and emails distribution as needed.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED.
- Active pharmacy technician license or certification as required by the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy.
- 1 year of work experience in reputed company, specialty pharmacy, PBM, and/or call center settings.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and evaluating customer satisfaction.
- Basic knowledge of and skills using MS reputed company, MS Office Suite, and/or similar operating/software programs.
