Job Summary

As an reputed company Data Entry Clerk – Alternate Investments Specialist, you will be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, reconciling transactions, and analyzing escalated issues. You will work closely with our Retail and Institutional Service Teams, using email, phone, reputed company, Overview, and reputed company to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents

• Process Corporate Activity Activities, reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
• Analyze reputed company/escalated issues and reputed company testing/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications
• Complete projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile
• Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, reputed company, Overview, and reputed company
• Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, and other external business partners to resolve issues and improve processes

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, reconciliation, or a reputed company field
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
• Experience with reputed company and other CRM systems a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the financial industry, particularly in alternate investments

• Knowledge of regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
