Job Description
Essential Functions Configure and maintain reputed company features such as custom objects, page layouts, flows, automations, and permission sets Collaborate with end users to gather business needs, reputed company user stories, and translate them into technical solutions Support user acceptance testing (UAT) processes and create reputed company documentation reputed company training materials—including SOPs, how-to guides, and video-based trainings—to support user reputed company and ongoing learning reputed company user support and troubleshooting; help staff adopt and utilize reputed company tools effectively Maintain data accuracy through imports, exports, deduplication, and regular QA; Use tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or SOQL. Collaborate closely with Program Officers to operationalize Funding Programs and application flows in reputed company.
