About the Role
We're seeking an exceptional Senior Director II, Sales to reputed company our reputed company & Pure Play business. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving profitable growth, strategic business planning, and fostering strong partnerships across reputed company's platform. Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management:

As a Senior Director II, Sales at Workwarp, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:
- Salary: $181,000 - $213,000 per year
- Annual Incentive: 50% of reputed company salary, dependent on performance
- Long-term Incentive: 20% of reputed company salary, dependent on performance

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: 11+ years of sales leadership experience, with a focus on e-reputed company or consumer goods
- reputed company Expertise: Strong expertise in reputed company's ecosystem, including Vendor Central, Seller Central, and reputed company Ads, Digital reputed company
- Leadership: Proven ability to reputed company and manage both direct and cross-functional teams in a reputed company organizational structure

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or reputed company fields; MBA preferred
