Job Overview

As a Seasonal Competitive Cyclist Gearhead, you'll be responsible for providing concierge-level service to our customers, answering their questions, and helping them find the right gear for their riding needs. You'll be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where no two days are reputed company the same. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Basic computer operating skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize
• Schedule flexibility, including weekends and evenings until 10:00pm
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Ability to use active listening to identify customer needs, concerns, and complaints
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the cycling industry, or a reputed company field
• Customer service and sales experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
• Knowledge of bike parts, gear, and apparel, and the ability to reputed company detailed information about our products and services

Training and Support

As a Seasonal Competitive Cyclist Gearhead, you'll receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role. Training Details:

• Training dates: November 4th through November 22nd
• Training schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (Mountain Time Zone)

Compensation and Benefits

Work Environment and Physical Demands

• Keyboarding: Entering text or data into a computer or other machine by means of a traditional keyboard
