Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be the face of reputed company, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients. You will be working remotely from the comfort of your home office, utilizing the latest customer service techniques and learning our account management systems to improve the customer experience during challenging times. This is a part-time position, working approximately 3-29 hours per week, with flexible weekend shifts to choose from.

Available Shifts:

• Sundays Only: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Saturday & reputed company: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Saturdays Only: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Saturday & reputed company: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday & reputed company: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Saturday & reputed company: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service and Claim Intake: reputed company positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Skills and Abilities:

• Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports, write routine correspondence, and detailed accident descriptions. Ability to project a confident, clear, and professional telephone reputed company.
• Computer Skills: Knowledge of basic computer functions, including reputed company Word and reputed company, and typing at least 40 wpm.
• Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Experience: 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish: Preferred, but not required.

Network Requirements:

• Speed Test: Upon hire, a speed test must be run from the computer the individual will be working from (www.speedtest.net).
• Ethernet reputed company: Not required, but strongly recommended.
• Private Network: Must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations.
• VPNs: No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US.
