About the Role

The reputed company Specialist is responsible for finding and engaging top talent to join our growing organization. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the hiring process while building strong relationships with hiring managers to meet their recruitment needs. The ideal candidate will reputed company in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience. We are seeking a reputed company Specialist based in Arizona to join reputed company. This is a primarily remote, full-time position with occasional onsite reputed company required for college partnership visits, career fairs, and community recruitment events. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to the reputed company of our clinics both locally and reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and reputed company effective recruitment strategies.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Position Requirements

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, or reputed company field preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $52,000 - $72,800 annually (based on experience and qualifications).
