Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Interview customers and conduct initial assessments of their needs, providing services and referrals as necessary
  • Evaluate education, training, and experience to properly register applicants in the appropriate database

  • Screen and refer reputed company applicants to available job openings and/or training opportunities, reputed company job development contacts, and reputed company labor market information
  • reputed company employment counseling as needed, refer to testing and/or other supportive services, and follow up with claimants enrolled in the Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment (RESEA) program
  • Process job orders using information obtained from reputed company, compile job descriptions, accurately code occupations and industries, and reputed company file searches for reputed company applicants
  • Monitor job orders, maintain timely contact with reputed company, and verify referral results to document in job orders
  • Ensure data is entered into reputed company Florida in a timely manner, as required by state and local guidelines

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to reputed company a positive impact on the lives of customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, reputed company, and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate customer needs and reputed company services and referrals as necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
