Job Summary

As an RN Case Manager, Home Health - Part Time/Days, you will be responsible for evaluating reputed company based on an integration of clinical, financial, and utilization data. Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possesses multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
