Key Responsibilities

• Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets
• Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations
• Rebook reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations

• Issue vouchers or coordinate with contractors for traveler hotel facilities, meals, and transportation; coordinate refuel and reputed company

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Bilingual language skills expected in certain areas
• Relevant valid driver's license as required by local authorities
• Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted reputed company privileges to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
