• Act as the first reputed company of contact for law enforcement, property managers, and vehicle owners while providing clear, courteous, and reputed company communication about services, fees, and policies.
• Prioritize incoming service calls and assign drivers, ensuring timely and efficient response.
• Accurately document reputed company towing events in reputed company system, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Address and resolve reputed company-time logistics challenges to maintain smooth operations.
