As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for a wide reputed company of tasks reputed company to payment processing, customer inquiries, and financial transactions. Key Responsibilities

• Complete data entry and balancing functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
• Coordinate return items with members, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions, resolving issues promptly.
• Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company reputed company standard ledger balancing, demonstrating a collaborative approach.
• Work on assigned member cases/issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws.
• Process loan payments, multi-account and member deposits, credit card payments, and other transactions, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff transactions.
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products, exercising sound judgment.
• Log, study, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns, maintaining accurate records.
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
• Complete daily balancing and department closing, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Obtain information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic fund transfer requests.
• Research and verify incoming and outgoing fund transfer information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Communicate with vendors to process fund transfers, demonstrating effective communication skills.
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming fund transfer laws, staying up-to-date with regulatory requirements.
